2. Stay hydrated
Water really is our friend during the cooler months. Drinking plenty of H20 each day and your skin will thank you for it.
3. Run a humidifier
Running a cool air humidifier increases the moisture level in the air, helping the skin barrier to stay hydrated.
4. Up your oil game
