5 ways to take care of your skin this winter

1. Drink all the water

This is a hard one to remember when it’s cold and it’s often the last thing we feel like doing. However keeping hydration levels up is one of the best things we can do for our skin.

Struggling to drink enough water during winter? A caffeine-free herbal tea is a great alternative.

 

2. Revise your skincare routine

Foaming cleansers and lightweight moisturisers might not be the best thing for your skin during winter.

Instead try nourishing your skin with an oil cleanser, a gentle cream cleanser or a cleansing balm.

3. Exfoliate

Oils are really clever because they have smaller molecules than regular moisturisers. This means they’re able to hydrate more intensely than cream based products.
