We deliver to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $74AU/$84 NZ

Orders under those amounts are $8.95 for express shipping (AU) and $15 for NZ delivery.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.

Standard orders should arrive 2-6 business days after time of dispatch.
Express orders should arrive 1-3 business days after time of dispatch.

New Zealand orders should take 10-15 business days after time of dispatch.

However, Australia Post delivery times are currently taking longer than usual. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Yes, you can. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please check our spam/junk folders for this email as they have a habit of ending up there.

Unfortunately our warehouse doesn’t offer a click and collect service.

We process and ship all Bettyquette orders quickly. Unfortunately this means that once your order has been placed, it’s unable to be changed or cancelled. Please see our returns policy here.

A refund or replacement will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please provide details, including your order number and photos of the damaged product, within 7 days of purchase to customercare@bettyquette.com.au and we will process your request

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
