What is the shelf life of bettyquette products?
All Bettyquette products have a shelf life of 6 months once opened and 12 months unopened.

They sure are. All Bettyquette products are gentle, skin balancing blends that love to hydrate all skin types.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $74AU/$84 NZ
Orders under those amounts are $8.95 for express shipping (AU) and $15 for NZ delivery.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Standard orders should arrive 2-6 business days after time of dispatch.
Express orders should arrive 1-3 business days after time of dispatch.
New Zealand orders should take 10-15 business days after time of dispatch.
However, Australia Post delivery times are currently taking longer than usual. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please check our spam/junk folders for this email as they have a habit of ending up there.

Unfortunately our warehouse doesn’t offer a click and collect service.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process and ship all Bettyquette orders quickly. Unfortunately, this means that once your order has been placed, it’s unable to be changed or cancelled. Please see our returns policy here or contact us at email@example.com
How do I return or get a refund on my order?
A refund or replacement will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please provide details, including your order number and photos of the damaged product, within 7 days of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your request
