Where do you deliver to?

Australia and New Zealand.

How much is delivery?

All orders over $75 are free!

Delivery for orders under $75 is:

Australia: $8 Express Post

New Zealand: $15 5-10 business days

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Not long!

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received. Orders with free delivery are sent via Australia Post's standard delivery service.

I pick my order up from you?

We don't offer a pick up service, sorry.

Do I have to sign up for my delivery?

Not if you don't want to. Australia Post will contact you via email or SMS once your order is on its way. You can choose how you would like to receive your order using the Australia Post options.

Can I order and send Bettyquette as a gift?

Well that's a bit lovely. Yes, you can. Please enter the shipping details of the lucky person you're sending it to during the check out process.

If you would like a message included with the gift, please type it into the comments section when you place the order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us and we'll do our best to help you.

If the order has already been sent, it can't be changed or cancelled.

I've placed an order but I haven't received any emails from you yet. Help!

After you’ve placed your order, you should receive two emails from us:

  1. The first email will let you know your order is being processed
  2. The second email will let you know when your order has been completed.

If you haven’t received any emails from us, please check your junk/spam folder – gmail addresses in particular like to direct our emails there.

If they’re not in your spam/junk folder, please email us and we’ll check that the correct email address was entered at checkout.

My order has arrived and the bottle is damaged. Help!

Gah! That is so annoying. We are VERY particular about our product and it’s packaging.

Everything that leaves our warehouse is checked thoroughly while being packed for you.

Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to our blush pink parcels of goodness when they are on their way to you.

Please email email us with a photo of your damaged bottle and we’ll get a replacement out to you ASAP.

where are your products made?

Our range of natural beauty oils are made in Brisbane, Australia.

Do your products contain any nasties?

No. Both our face oil and our body oils are made from natural botanical plant-based oils and essential oils.  They’re free from sulfates (SLS/SLES), parabens, PEGs, GMOs and mineral oils.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. Our products are only tested on humans.

Can you send me some product samples?

Unfortunately not. However please know that all of our blends are extremely gentle on the skin. There are no fillers, no parabens, no sulfates, no nasties in any of our products. Just natural botanical plant based oils. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our bottles are made in Australia using BPA free PET plastic, with our face oil bottles being made by Australia’s first carbon neutral plastics manufacturer .

Both our face oil and body oil bottles are recyclable, true to size and functional. We want you to be able to see the product and get every last drop of face and/or body oil goodness out of our bottles.

The packaging your order arrives in is also recyclable.

What is the shelf life of Betyquette face and body oils?

Our face and body oils are completely natural – meaning they’re free from any unnatural preservatives – and have a shelf life of 6 months after opening.

Please store your products at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

What’s in your face oils?

Our face and body oils are blended using only natural plant based oils. There are no fillers, no sulpates, no parabens, no nasties in any of our products. Our products are tested on humans, not animals. All of our products are blended in small batches in Brisbane, Australia. Because just like food, skincare should be as fresh and as natural as possible.

Should I use a moisturiser on top of Bettyquette face oils?

If your skin feels like it needs it, then yes, you should.

If you prefer, you can mix a couple of drops of face oil with your moisturiser. That works just as well as layering the products on your skin and saves time.


Are Bettyquette face oils suitable for all skin types?

Yes, they are.

We’ve worked hard to create blends that are the perfect combination of gentle yet super hydrating. 

what oils are used in your body oils?

A full list of our skin loving ingredients can be found on each body oil product page. Here are the key natural oils we use:

Jojoba Oil – the skin loving over achiever.  Bursting with an array of vitamins, fatty acids and powerful antioxidant properties, jojoba oil is hypoallergenic, antibacterial, non pore clogging and intensely moisturising.

Sweet Almond Oil – the hypoallergenic powerhouse.  A mild, lightweight oil, rich in Vitamin E and packed with hypoallergenic properties, making it great for sensitive skin types.

Fractionated Coconut Oil – the hydration hero. Packed with antioxidants and vitamins which protect against premature ageing and prevent moisture loss, coconut oil offers intense hydration to replenish and restore dry skin.

Kukui Nut Oil – The Hawaiian Healer. Used for centuries in Hawaii, Kukui Oil provides natural skin smoothing and soothing that leaves skin feeling silky soft.
