Thermomix Chocolate Bliss Balls

A delicious, healthy and oh so easy snack to make in your Thermomix.
- 240 grams almonds
- 20 grams cocoa
- 270 grams dates
- 150 grams peanut butter
- 50 grams maple syrup or honey
Chop almonds for 5 seconds, speed 5. Set aside
Add all other ingredients to bowl and process for 1 minute, speed 9. Add a tablespoon of water if mixture is too dry.
Add chopped almonds and mix for 40 seconds, speed 6. Don't panic if your thermomix struggles at this point. You can always mix the nuts through with your spatula.
Roll into balls and enjoy!
